Shipping Policy


Shipping costs may vary according to the respected shipping weight, destination, cost of items and insurance of the package. Manual adjustment of shipping cost may be necessary in these situations. Transit times within the US vary between 1-8 business days via UPS Residential/Commercial Ground depending on your location. We cannot estimate UPS International delivery transit times due to Customs delays and your local delivery services.

Transit times for Special Order products is generally up to 10 business days. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

For reliability, we ship most of our product via FedEx and/or UPS. We rarely use the post office. Once an item ships, we will provide you with a tracking # so you know where you product is, and when it will arrive to its final destination.

Customer Support & Technical advice are available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) except major holidays, or via email. You are welcome to contact us with any questions. We will endeavor to answer email inquiries within 2 hours, during business hours.

RETURNS:

The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any damage caused by user, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the carrier. AVOEM will repair or replace, without charge, any parts that are found, upon inspection at our factory, to be defective in material and/or workmanship.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT, YOU MAY OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) BY CONTACTING AVOEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
